Shipping Policy

It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery details. We will provide a tracking number via email. It may take up to 3 days for your tracking information to appear on the delivery company's website.

Dealing with shipping policies

All products are available for delivery within the UK. We only provide shipping services within the UK. All orders use the same shipping standards and we do not provide postal services outside the UK.

Customs and import duties

We don't add taxes, VAT or other hidden charges to UK orders. You pay us the amount shown on the order screen, which is the product subtotal + delivery charges.

Shipping TimeThe time it takes for your item to be shipped from our warehouse to its destination. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping address you choose, the availability of the item, and when you place your order.

If you do not receive the package for any reason, we will bear the cost of re-shipping.

1. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you can contact us at  services@khfdigdi.shop  and we will notify you that your order has been dispatched. Please note that we do not offer cash on delivery.

2. Can I cancel my order?

All orders are automatically processed and shipped immediately after they are placed. If you would like to cancel your order, please send a cancellation request via email within 12-24 hours after placing the order. If the order has not been shipped, you will be refunded. Once shipping is arranged, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Can you ship on Sundays and public holidays?

Sorry, we do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

4. Do I need to pay customs duties or other taxes?

In the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for any taxes, duties and charges imposed by the region to which the products are shipped, including, but not limited to, any sales or use taxes, VAT or customs duties.

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Please contact services@khfdigdi.shop .store and provide at least one photo or video with item details. After confirming the problem, we will resend new products or send new parts to replace the defective products to solve the problem.
